Here's some video from my class this week.

Layout to the catcher.

Double to the net.

You asked for it Julie, you got it! Here's some pics taken in class today by another Juli, as a matter of fact. I am attempting a layout to the net. I actually got caught by Alex, the catcher on my first attempt. It was thrilling to say the least!

Meet Willis! He still is not completely using his back right leg but is starting to put it down more. I think he may have been attacked by a big dog or a coyote on the mean streets. He got very upset when we tried to introduce him to Lucy the Husky. He loves being out in the back yard eating acorns and napping in the sun. He has started to fetch Pinky's old toys which is helping him use his leg more and he seems intent on ripping off the eyes of the Roadrunner! Not sure if that's a sign, draw your own conclusions!

Walk-n-Roll Pilates September 17th
An Experiential Workshop with Masai Barefoot Technology

This workshop will introduce you to the concepts, including
Pilates, as they relate specifically to walking and moving with
MBT physiological footwear.

When we first stand up and take two steps to someone,
everyone around us claps and smiles and celebrates and
then...we just keep on walking. We usually don't hear any
other instruction about movement until a decade or so later
when our mom tells us to "stand up straight." There are
very few moments in our lives when we are
actually taught how to walk and move in a way that enables
us to create posture and confidence in moving without
confusion, discomfort or fatigue. We want this workshop to
be one of these moments for you.
We want to help you learn how to use basic walking and
every day movements as tools to fulfill your potential. Come
and learn how to strengthen and lengthen
muscles; facilitate awareness of how to do habitual
movements in a non-habitual way, enhance posture by
freeing the head, neck and shoulders; and improve
breathing, core connection and conditioning. The perfect
cross training tool.

You must own a pair of MBT to participate.

All fitness levels welcome.
