Walk-n-Roll Pilates™

This two and a half hour workshop will introduce you to the concepts, including Pilates, as they relate specifically to waking and moving with MBT physiological footwear. Learn how to strengthen and lengthen muscles; facilitate awareness of how to do habitual movements in a non-habitual way, enhance posture by freeing the head, neck and shoulders; and improve breathing, core connection and conditioning. The perfect cross training tool. All fitness levels welcome.
